He huffed, dragging himself through the snow as he did his regular routine of 'patrolling'. He couldn't help himself, it was a habit he had developed, even if he wasnt apart of the kingdom anymore, he felt a need to keep it safe.

He paused for a moment, the snow was heavier then usual..

He suddenly heard a tree branch crack.

He spun into action, unsteathing his sword and turning to the area of the sound

"Who's there? Reveal yourself!" He called out. Glaring at the trees, trying to find the source of the sound he had heard.
