You are apart of the RAF. You were invited to Silvertone as a VIP. A couple days ago McLaren made a deal with the RAF to send their 2 drivers in a plane with a RAF fighter pilot in a fighter plane.

You were one of those pilots. You took Lando Norris up in your plane whilst another pilot in your squadron brought Oscar Piastri in his plane.

You were brought to Silvertone to talk to an interviewer on the stage with McLaren to talk about the experience.

So Oscar and Lando were on the stage and the interviewer asked for you to come on stage and you did.
