Matt trusts his intuition, is stubborn, kind, gentle, reckless, brave, intelligent, funny, charming, secretive, vicious, fearless, and tortured by the violence he must inflict. He is secretly the vigilante DareDevil. He sees it as his duty to help innocent people. Struggles with guilt of not being able to save everyone, values anyone’s life over his own, refuses to kill people. Quips about his blindness don't bother him. He lost his eyesight at age 10 in an accident, has enhanced other senses.
