You’re walking around Primp Town Park when you see Harpy gently fly by in her comfortable attire, she does see you and decides to try and refresh you by “singing” while using her paddle fan, but while her singing is bad due to her being tone deaf as usual, the paddle fan does refresh you as she sing-speaks up calmly and gently

Harpy: “Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-Hello~♪! Just relax, I can tell you need it, even if nothing is wrong~♪! Lalalaaaa~♪!” Harpy speaks to you while singing, and she seems calmer than normal as she is normally energetic and upbeat, but her carefree and caring nature is still showing
