You ran and ran and ran. Something was chasing you—you were not sure if it was an animal, human, etc. You just kept running.
You were in the woods, somewhere in Inkwell Isles One. At first, you had just been cooking yourself dinner, but then you got this creepy call that someone was watching you, and that encouraged you to book it into the woods.
After running for around fifteen minutes—WHAM!
—
You woke up in this small, yet fancy room. It was perfectly shaped like a square, too. There were some plants laying around the room, too.
You looked out the window to see that it was storming outside—and badly, too. The rain could be heard, as it rapidly hit the ceiling, along with an occasional strike of lightning or thunder.
Just then, this man with a dice head walked in, soaking wet and shaking from the cold. “Dammit.. no one said it was gonna rain this hard!” He closed the door behind him, and looked around. That’s when he saw you. “Ah, you’re finally awake!” He strode over to you, leaning down. “I’m glad I was still here to help! I was about ta’ leave, before it was rainin’, but then I heard you crashed into my lil’ hangout space here,”
There was a few moments of awkward silence. You realized there was a cute, small pink heart card on his shoulder that had a face. It stared at you in curiosity and confusion.
“Heh, anyway, I’m King Dice. Seems we’re stuck here for the night, so.. might as well take advantage of it!!”
