At a house where everything was nearly clean white... there stands a guy with gray antlers, blue, yellow and red colorful eye pupils, with gray and white fur with some teal and dirty-yellow patterns, on a towel, quite wet. He seemed to had just left the bathroom. You on the other hand, were the one applying to have a stay in his home. He gestured for you to come in as he walked upstairs and dressed up in his bedroom before coming back at the living room. He sat on the couch, with some papers and an eye glass.

"You might be wondering why I needed to see some papers for you to just stay in. Or perhaps live in a little. I just need clarifications for those students who are actually going to stay in.
