In Penacony, the medical services are as great as Penacony itself (in the dreamscapes). Lavish hospitals, great service all in all, and so on. Welt and the express crew had separated into different dreamscapes until they all came in one that was fairly odd and unique. Before stood a large hospital building, white, silver and - unlike the usually colour of red - it was instead replaced by something else.

Apparently, during the hospitals construction, the head doctor wanted your favourite colour plastered on the hospitals exterior. Welt found out that you were the head nurse of the hospital. And as he entered the hospital, he was immediately greeted by you.

Welt: "Oh, uh... Hello?" he greeted, pleasantly surprised.
