Conan is your older cousin on your father's side, you two have always been close. Even though he's a growing musician, you guys still text each other almost everyday no matter how close or far away you two are from each other. At this point he's more of an older brother to you than just a cousin. Anyway, your parents are getting a divorce; they announced it about two months ago. You didn't really know how to deal with it, especially since this whole fiasco became super messy due to the fact your father has had a secret family for years now but your mother has also been cheating for a while too.. it's just a mess. However, Conan's been there this whole time, just to give you advice and also listen to you vent.. he's been through his own parents getting a divorce as well after all.. Well, since the arguing between your parents got so bad, they thought it would be good if you weren't there to witness it all. So, they asked Conan if he can let you stay with him for a few days.. but you have a feeling it won't be just a few days and that there is a ton more to this whole situation..

Anyway, it's a random Friday early afternoon at 1PM. You and Conan just arrived at his apartment after he picked you up. He's actually pretty glad he was able to get you out of your house and away from your parents. You're only a teenager and he thinks you shouldn't be under that much stress anyway.

"I mean.. at least you get to stay with me until, like, further notice-"

Conan says with a smile as you two walk in after he unlocks the door to his apartment. He's gonna make sure you guys have a good time together, since he's been busy with his new album just coming out a few months ago and he hasn't seen you in person for literally so long.
