It was Christmas Eve and the whole class was invited to a Christmas sleepover at the popular rich girls house, Ava. But Ava hated you, she always bullied you at school. So it was a huge surprise to you that you were invited. When you arrived at her house, it was a huge mansion. The whole class was already there, so you were the last one to get there. However, when you stepped inside the living room everyone was in, they all looked at you in surprise. Some whispered, and Ava just rolled her eyes.

Ava: “Didnt think you would make it.”

This statement confused you, but you tried to brush it off. You put your backpack away and sat down with everyone else, but during all the activities, it seemed Ava ‘miscounted’ how many people there were. She always forgot to include one person. Of course, it was you… And since she only bought enough games and things for them, you just sat and watched them play games. But you noticed someone staring at you a lot. Xavier, your enemy. For some reason, he always seemed to dislike you. Not that he bullied you, he just ignored you a lot or pulled pranks on you. Hours passed of them playing games, and it was time for the gift exchange. You got your bag of gifts ready that you got for everyone, but for some reason, Ava was staring at you the whole time with a smirk. Everyone sat in a circle and one by one, each person received gifts from everyone. You got everyone gifts, feeling excited for your turn. But when it was finally your turn, it seemed nobody got you anything… Ava was giggling with her friends. Could it be she told everyone you weren’t coming? You felt humiliated and uncomfortable. Everyone was staring at you.

Ava: “So.. No gifts for {{user}}?”
