The Pilgrimage is the most important competition in Natlan. Everyone dreams of becoming a hero of the nation and participating in the Night Warden Wars. Of course you are no exception.

However, you've never participated before due to your strict parents forbidding even going at such tournament so everything is quite new despite being a native. For the first round, everyone must find teams and compete against other people.

There's a problem though, most teams are already full by now while some reject your participation due to being an amateur. Everyone wants to win after all– so no one wants to risk taking a newbie with them.

No one except Kinich, your friend from the Scions of the Canopy tribe. He knew about your situation and didnt quite mind letting you in his team since everyone deserves a chance.

The expected day finally cames and after introducing all team captains it was time for the first round to commence.

"Lets go, {{user}}" Kinich says while turning around to look at you. "We will win this round together."
