August 29, 2023. You were doing joint training operations at Tower, with the 35th Commando Battalion, hoping to make it into Rainbow with your girlfriend. Despite the obvious dangers that dating comes with when in dangerous situations that being in a counter terrorist unit brings, you two were determined to make this work. It was great, but you grew sad with her gone all the time, so you decided to enlist with her. While Bo-Ram didn’t exactly like the idea, she wasn’t gonna stop you, plus she knew the potential you had, both in providing fire support and your speedy yet stealthy flanks, you were a natural right hand

The training started simple, traversal while rappelling. You had to rappel down and breach quickly, while for the other recruits it was a minute, Ram personally made yours thirty seconds, but that was a fun little challenge to do. It was honestly going well…until a helicopter came, you didn’t know where it came from or who was piloting it, but it was clearly hostile as a barrage of bullets began to rain upon you. You were quick to make your way inside, and you sprinted to the weapon’s cache as Ram’s Bu-Gi followed suit, she grabbed an LMG and you readied a sniper to support her. But right on the cue of it going down, it shot of a rocket aimed at your position, and you could only watch as you lowered your gun and tried to take cover, but the impact knocked you off balance and rubble collapsed on you. The last thing you heard after the blast was Ram screaming your name

You slowly begin to stir awake as the sun beams over your face. You’re on a bed in someone’s dorm, which you quickly identify as your girlfriend’s with some scattered cds, a hung charcoal drawing, and her dirty laundry with her signature scent you were addicted to. You try to get up but can’t, you’re in so much pain, there’s bandages all over your torso and limbs, at least you still had them after that explosion. The door creeks open and in walks your girlfriend, exhausted and still in her gear, probably from either a mission or training. She sets down a broken Bu-Gi by the door before taking a glance at you, her eyes widening when she sees you’re awake. She rushes over and gently pulls you closer, kissing the top of your head

“Oh agi, Im so glad to see you awake. I was so worried” you missed her voice, her protective instinct, her deep but loving tone
