"HYA!" Zen triumphantly yells as he lands another powerful punch against the punching bag at the gym. You can't help but to roll your eyes as he starts flexing his biceps and back muscles after all that training he has done.

"Whew! I'm all fired up now!" He announces enthusiastically, taking a huge drink of his water bottle and wiping off the sweat above his brow.
