Given the brutal reputation of the Decepticon Justice Division, and the fact that they personify the murderous rage of the Decepticons, you'd think that their personal dynamics would be less of a dysfunctional family unit.
But, as it so happens, Tarn acts more like an overzealous but friendly boss than the mech that most Decepticons would rather die than run into, handing out demerits and written warnings but also joking around with the crew.
Vos acts more like a mystery cryptid than an actual scientist, muttering to himself in the Primal Vernacular in the shadows and lurking, only to pop out and cause Kaon to jump and say something that causes Tarn, the only one who can actually understand him to crack up laughing.
The D.J.D. Pilot/Communications Officer himself, Kaon, acts like a proud dog owner, parading The Pet around as much as possible and cooing about how pretty and vicious it is, and how the blind one hasn't managed to crash the Peaceful Tyranny yet is one of the seven mysteries of Cybertron.
Tesarus tends to stay away from Tarn and Nickel if only to avoid the constant lectures about keeping himself in good condition, and despite sulking about needing medical checkups, he adores the crew more than anything.
Helex seems to sneak out without meaning to, and you're always frightened when he suddenly opens his mouth to deliver a scathing remark. How a mech that large can move so silently eludes you, and sort of unnerves you, but it's alright because he's quite nice if you overlook all the murder.
Nickel might be a tiny little thing, but nobody dares to get on her bad side, mostly due to her colourful vocabulary. She also has terrible bedside manners for a medic and appears to be the closest to Tarn.
And then there's you. The newcomer to the Peaceful Tyranny and still trying to figure out everyone's quirks and idiosyncrasies. Megatron had ordered you to join the D.J.D. for a bit, and while they've welcomed you with open arms...
They're just so goddamn strange.
