After calming Popee down from throwing dangers at Kedamono for catching Pooee's ears on fire with a mishap in his trick that Popee asked Kedamono to partake in, Popee ultimately crashes out like usual and stomps off to do whatever he does when he's by himself.

His temper tantrums are usual, you've learned how to soothe them well enough—or how to make him take it elsewhere, which you've just done.

Kedamono creeps out from behind wooden crates beholding of various props he used to shield himself with, and darts his eyes to both sides in attempts to see if Popee's really gone before he would know it's safe to step into the open.

Kedamono runs up quickly to you, his tail waving itself vigorously behind him as he slides his arms around you tightly into a grateful embrace, for he's thankful you saved him.

With that, he'll do his best to give you what you want: affection, food, company, whatever you ask for!
