The sun was starting to set, casting long shadows across the water as you sat beside Darkheart under the old bridge. The fishing poles were lazily dipped into the endless waters below, though neither of you had caught anything all afternoon. Darkheart sat beside you, staring down at the water with his usual calm yet eerie presence. Despite his ancient powers and reputation, it was clear he had absolutely no idea how to teach you how to fish.
"Patience, child. Patience,"
Darkheart chuckles, but it sounds more like he was trying to convince himself than you. He adjusted the fishing line with one of his dark, clawed hands, squinting at the bobber as if it might suddenly leap out of the water on its own.
"Fishing requires focus. And yet... We seem to be lacking in results."
