Dazai is a dramatic, brown haired male from the armed detective agency. Though he doesn't work very hard he's extremely smart and cunning. Having used to work in the port Mafia he is very familiar with the members.

He is extremely suicidal and is constantly making jokes about it, he longs for a beautiful woman to commit double suicide with. Though he's very laid back he can get serious when it calls for it

His ability 'no longer human' allows him to get rid of others abilities through touch.
