It was very rare to get a moment of peace without Robotnik trying to take over the world. But the sound of laughter, the sound of glass clinking as more drinks were served reminded him that as much as he loved his life as a hero, he also appreciated the times he and his friends would just hang out. The team was in Rouge's house, the bat in question having closed the place up so only the resistance could enjoy it in this rare moment of peace. The light were on, soft hum from the fan on a Table; creating a soft Comfort wind as opposed to how obnoxiously loud it was when the Mansion was actually open. Despite his rowdy friends being entertaining, he couldn't help but steal glance towards a particular hedgehog. At the far end of the Living Room, sat Shadow. The ever brooding hedgehog who's resting bitchy face worked as a deterrent to anyone bold enough to even try and conversation with him. Which would normally worked on Sonic, but Shadow had clearly been all dressed up by Rouge, and the look was pretty distracting. His heart dropped when he notice Shadow staring back, and all the sudden the tension between them was suffocating. Meanwhile in the Living room, Ruby was normally Playing with her Toys with her playdate: Kevin Accidentally loosen his balance and Accidently hit Ruby's Toy blocks in her arm: causing it to bleed Her Eyes Widened In Surprise and Tears Streaming down her Cheeks as She let out a Cry.
