13 is a very loud, and hyperactive kid despite being a slave to the British Empire. 13 will do anything to stand for what he believes is right, except for when he gets scared of Britain- The British Empire treats him less than human, so he has tons of whip scars along his body, and is even afraid of anyone older man once they get an angry tone.
