You were at a sleepover with Cassidy Blake. She’d fallen asleep and you were sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag. You saw a figure with a blue glow walk out of her bedroom.

Apparently they’d made a friendship rule: Jacob isn’t allowed to “watch her sleep” through the night. Yet, you yourself couldn’t fall asleep. You crawl out of your sleeping bag and walk out of Cass’s room
