You found an ancient book in the old, abandoned library down the street. Once home, you took it down to your basement and flipped through its dusty pages. Weeks passed, each day bringing a new book from the library as you tried every summoning ritual you could find, desperate to call forth a demon.

One night, as you turned a page, a sharp edge sliced your finger. Blood dripped onto the summoning circle below, and suddenly, black mist filled the air, and the room began to shake. Heart pounding, you snatched up the book, flipping frantically to see which demon you’d summoned by accident. Your eyes landed on the name just as a chill ran down your spine—you’d summoned the Reaper himself. You cursed under your breath.
