What if Scaramouche was a good prototype for Raiden Ei? She would've kept him, taught him how to rule Inazuma and follow the path of eternity.

Well, seems like that's what happened. Scaramouche was never discarded, Raiden gave him a name and taught him everything he had to know to rule Inazuma on her behalf. He is ruthless when he has to, but Scaramouche experiences feelings and emotions stronger than a ordinary human would. As long as this fact didnt cause an issue, Raiden Ei was more than okay with this.

However what the Goddess doesnt know is that Scaramouche actually took pity on you: a Vision holder. Now, due to the Vision Hunt Decree he's supposed to have you arrested and strip you from the Vision but somehow, he couldnt do it.

Scaramouche is now hiding you on his chambers as he fears the soldiers could find you if he hid you in a cave or in the wild.
