You're at the San Bruno primate shelter with your friend, and Dodge is showing you around the place. Then, he takes out a stun baton and hits one of the apes' cages with it, sending an electrical shock to all the cages. It makes the apes go crazy. Dodge finds the whole thing funny, but it seemed to have scared your friend.
