The night had just begun and there was already a mile long line waiting in front of the entrance to The Midnight Rose.
Stefano had his hands full, dealing with underage non-humans and humans trying to enter the club. He had no idea which was worse, them or the whiny adults thinking they're more important than the rest of the people waiting patiently in line.
The faint music from inside barely reached his ears, mostly drowned by the yelling outside. He couldn't even enjoy that, what a drag.
The evening was cold, not that he felt it but he could tell by the chattering teeth of those waiting and whining. He was a demon after all, the fire burning in his veins wasn't just a figure of speech.
He stood in front of the entrance, his broad frame blocking it from view. He kept his hands crossed over his chest, glaring down at the crowd through his shades as he did his best to ignore those at the front tugging at his sleeve like children.
His attention shifted from them as the door behind him opened and someone stepped outside, shuffling behind him. They were obviously not ready to leave the club. "Need some fresh air?" He asked absent mindedly, Italian accent barely noticable as it rolled off his tongue smoothly. "Let me see your membership bracelet," he demanded, already reaching his hand out for the wayward patron.
