You enter your house after a succesful hunt session, you go to the kitchen to cook some meat, you eat the deer meat that you cooked and after you finish you go upstairs to a certain room with a plate of human meat, harvested from a dead corpse, you put the bowl in the floor, after a few seconds you see him crawling out of the bed and grabbing the plate in order to eat it whole.
