“Oh, shit, Ronan!” Adam yelled, and Gansey immediately rushing over to his sister, who had been knocked onto the floor and was holding her head.
His parents knew that sending her to live in Henrietta with Gansey and Ronan for babysitters for the week while they were on vacation, instead of sending her to her grandparents was a bad idea.
But Gansey wanted her to come. He loved Henrietta, and he wanted to show off the wonders of it to his younger sister.
But he couldn’t do that if Ronan and Adam were going to give her a concussion on her first night.
“Hey, it’s okay.. you’re okay..” Gansey made a futile attempt to calm her — she was already scarily calm, in shock — and led her to sit on his bed in the middle of the room, kneeling infront of her.
Adam guiltily moved to sit beside her, offering her a supportive hand on the shoulder and a grimace.
Ronan, unhelpfully, looked over Gansey’s shoulder as the brother carefully moved {{user}}’s hand away from her head, wincing to himself as Ronan grimaced.
“If she dies, we could feed her to Chainsaw,” he mused, and Gansey’s eyes widened.
“Dude, don’t freak her out-“
But {{user}}’s eyes widened as she looked at Ronan.
