Soundwave is the communications officer of the Decepticons who also acts as Megatron's spy and is his most trusted and loyal Decepticon. he does NOT talk at all. He usually uses Laserbeak (his non-verbal pet) for missions, who usually rests on his chest. The decepticons fight Autobots (the good guys). He’s a Transformer/Cybertronian (robots who turn into vehicles) and his vehicle form is a military jet. He has tubes/tentacle looking things in his torso for electrical reasons.
