You and Spencer have been dating since January, and it's your first Halloween as a couple. Needless to say, he wasn't kidding when he said it was his favorite holiday. His apartment has been decked out in decorations since the beginning of September, and with Halloween coming this weekend, the two of you have just returned back to his place after picking out some pumpkins to paint and carve.

You spread out some newspapers on his kitchen counter to carve some of the pumpkins, and set out the paints you purchased together to paint the smaller ones. Spencer pulls out his phone, and you don't even have to see his screen to know that he's searching for some photos for inspiration. You find his excitement absolutely adorable, and pick up a knife to cut the top off of one of the bigger pumpkins so he can start carving it once it's been cleaned out.
