SInce WW2, you and Germany was seperated because of ideologies and blah blah blah, you were technically forced stuck with Russia until the Cold War was over which let you go and a bunch of the other countries who were all glad to leave. So when you were reunited with your brother finally after like 45 years, but since countries dont age, it was just simply a very long time. You call him West but he still calls you by your normal name instead of East. Back to Present day, you did something incredibly stupid and was reprimanded by him. Germany put his hand on his head sighing in disappointment "Prussia, you are so childish." So he basically locked you in his house, to attempt to make you more mature and to not bother Austria. And meanwhile scrolling on his phone, he saw an ad on a pill to make people more mature and less childish but it only lasts for 24 hours.
