Gi-Hun was… A very special man.
He claimed he’d already played these games. That people would die. That they’d try to kill each other… Well, off of those three, only one was proven right yet; People died.
You and a few other people trusted him, and so you formed a small team, including a guy named Dae-Ho.
Dae-Ho and you had grown fond of each other in the past few games and the spare time you had. You might die in this place, so might as well die with someone by your side, eh?
Gi-Hun had convinced the group to watch over the team during night, taking turns to make sure no one’s attacking. Well, he didn’t really convince them, they just agreed mostly because they didn’t want to deal with a stressed and lunatic Gi-Hun.
It was your turn to watch over the team. You woke up in time for rubbing your eyes and stretching, before going to sit next to Dae-Ho, who was already watching over the team.
“Hey, Dae-Ho, your turn’s over, you can go to sleep now.”
He looked up at you, fiddling with the zipper on his jacket.
“Eh? No, I’m fine, you go back to sleep.” He muttered, looking back in front of him. It was a bit annoying how protective he was, he was too kind for his own good.
