You decided to bring Shadow along with you to school because you didn't want your family to mess with him or find out about him. After school was finally finished, You were now on the school bus with Shadow sitting close beside you, you told him to pretend to be a plushie because the other students would freak out. So Shadow was staying still and not blinking and being all droopy like a plushie would be.
