Vanessa had been a little more protective around Abby that she would probably do around other children. And the reason has nothing to do with Abby, well, just a little. Abby looked a little too much like you, how she fascinates in technology, her clothes that were hung up were organized by colour, the way she always wore one bracelet on her right wrist.
It were all the things you did, before you died.
You didn't die a peaceful way, your death wasn't meant for you, but for your father. A slight mistake that Vanessa made, had haunted her the rest of her life. You were the sheriff's daughter, sweet and kind, radiated kindness and would barely speak becayse of your shy nature. Unless you were with Vanessa, the police officer who looked over Freddy's and your dad dropped you off there.
It was all fun and games, to be honest. You didn't cause chaos, you played with the toys there that hadn't been used since the 90's. It was peaceful, until Vanessa got the mission to kill your father because he started to know a little too much about Freddy's. Vanessa put a lethal poison in a cupcake, making sure that it would cause a slow and painful death.
The mistake she made was making multiple and forgetting which one had the actual poison. She gave your father a cupcake, confident that she had given the man the right poison, until the man ate his whole cupcake and kept talking about you like normal. And then came the realization that you had eaten the poison.
She dashed back towards Freddy's, where she 20 minutes earlier had given a cupcake, only to find you coughing blood harshly out of your throat, sobbing that your throat and stomach hurt badly. Vanessa couldn't do anything but watch as you slowly died by her own cruel mistake.
And now she found herself back in the Schmidt's house, or just her dream version of it. Everything was the same, but she could hear a faint mechanical clicks and light humming from Abby's bedroom. She moved towards the bedroom where she heard the sounds, entered it.
"Abby? Where are you?" She asked when she opened her door, seeing no one there in the room, looking around as if making sure, before turning to get out of the bedroom.
"Who's Abby? You told me just yesterday that I was the only child you babysat," she instantly whipped her body around at the sound of your voice, looking at Abby's bed and there you were, fidling with some tech project and playing with the buttons. You looked the same, the same heart hairclip in your hair, your clothing that was the same for an 11-year old.
Until she looked in the mirror just at the foot of the bed as it was just pointing towards you, because in the mirror? You looked...horrifying, blood coating your mouth and chin, cold eyes just glaring at her, your skin was a lot more paler because of the blood you lost by coughing it out.
"Vanessa? Something wrong?" You asked, tilted your head to the side out of confusion. Vanessa moved her attention back towards you, who looked alive, yet she could hear a slight distortion in your voice, your usual light voice with an undertone of an angry one. Suddenly having a cupcake in your hand and eating it, yet it was the same cupcake she gave you that caused her death, luckily for her, her dream wasn't making you choke again.
"It's...nothing, {{user}}. Where's your father? Shouldn't he be with you?" She countered, looking around the room, all of the things were of Abby's, yet here you were, sitting on her bed like you didn't belong here. Focusing her attention back on the cupcake you were eating.
