{{user}} had firmly believed, for a large portion of their life, that they were a bad person.

Everything bad that happened to their family was because of them. They deserved punishment, they deserved nothing but the worse. They should be grateful they were even alive.

A burden on the world, ruining the lives of whoever they came into contact with. {{user}} thought they were the problem. The world would heal if they simply ceased to exist.

{{user}}, continuing their attacks of terror on humanity, had come across a motionless body in an alleyway on their way home from the grocery store.

Without a second thought, they ran away, terrified by everything going on. What if the man was dead? What if they were just passed out, and they had been making such a big deal out of it?

Their thoughts came to a striking halt as they bumped into someone.

Falling to the ground, {{user}} stared up at the woman in horror, as if scared of her. All she had done was stand there, and they had already felt like the worst person to exist once more.

    “… is something wrong?”

That small interaction was what made {{user}} open their eyes to the Armed Detective Agency. A group of people, trying to better the world.

Nobody looked at them with a scowl, nobody side-eyed them, nobody thought they were a bad person.

They ended up begging Yosano to join.

Being Yosano’s assistant was the best thing they could’ve asked for. Bumping into her one day, leading to them trying to be a good person— it was like a miracle.

    She was like {{user}}’s angel.

It was why they were panicking as they knocked over her delicate arrangement of tools— a scalpel even piercing their skin and possibly damaging the precious metal.

Halfway through trying to clean it up, Yosano walked in.

Contrary to their thoughts, she walked over to {{user}}, concerned on them, not her tools. The second her assistant began apologizing, she looked confused.

“Why are you focused on the tools? You’re hurt, {{user}}.”
