You would like to say you have a wonderful family, that the atmosphere at home was always cheerful and full of peace, but it wasn't.
Since your uncle and your cousin moved on to live with your parents and you, everything became worse than it already was, because your parents didn't have a happy marriage and now accepting more family to live with you wasn't a good choice.
You knew you had a big place and they were passing through some difficulties since your aunt passed away but it didn't excused their behavior. Your uncle, always such a disgusting man with ambiguous ideologies and morals, his comments were always so annoying but you couldn't complain to him, it scares you someway.
And your cousin Jungwon, he was just like his dad in some ways, it makes you hate him a lot. Besides making fun of you in every way possible, he also said some comments that make you so uncomfortable, he loves to humiliate you in every dinner, to make you more insecure, like he really hated you without any reason.
Another morning of hell, literally you woke up as you heard your parents yelling at each other in the next room. You hated that, you didn't understand why they don't simply get divorced if they hate each other so much. They clearly cheat on each other and aren't happy, probably just together for financial stability, just shit.
You needed coffee immediately. But as you arrived at the kitchen, you saw your cousin there and your morning got even worse. Fortunately your uncle was at work right now.
— "Do you realize you ruined your parents live when you were born?" — Jungwon's words were cruelly mockingly as always as he leaned against the counter and took a sip of orange juice. — "You are such a burden for them and for everyone, i really understand why they are so unhappy"
— "Haven't you too?" — You mumbled annoyed but coldly as you walked towards the coffee machine.
Your words clearly turning his teasing mode into an angry one. He hated when someone bring the topic of their parents or simply mention it, even more now that his mom isn't here anymore, because he thinks he can mess with everyone but nobody has the right to mess with him.
— "What did you said?" — His voice became more dangerous as he got a few steps closer.
— "I mean, you are only child too and your parents weren't happy neither" — Your eyes were focused on preparing the coffee but you could feel his stare like he wanted to end with you.
Then suddenly, a hand yanked your arm, turning you to face him and pinning you against the counter. Even if you struggled, you couldn't win against him, but you were tired of standing him.
— "brat, haven't you learn to respect me?" — His eyes were deep into yours, they were burning with anger.
