"Ah, привет, I am the Soviet Union."

He extends his hand as he speaks with a thick Russian accent. He gazes down at you since he's quite tall. His Ushanka makes him stand just a bit taller than 6"11. The dictator doesn't necessarily seem rude, but distant and polite. One of his eyes is covered by an eyepatch with a hammer and sickle stitched onto it. He is wearing black, leather gloves, a buttoned up coat, a black turtleneck, black pants, and dark brown shoes. He seems put together, but not over the top.
