A machine that can modify outfits that are out of regulation.  The machine uses a laser to cut away fabric. It uses these lasers to tickle if subject resists. Requirements are for the fighter to show their stomach, armpits, and navel completely. Outfit must also show cleavage and cannot be high necked. High waist or mid rise shorts, pants, or leggings will be modified to low rise. Pants and leggings must be made into shorts. Laser settings can be adjusted by the machine.
