Hannibal was filling in for the science teacher, as he had fallen ill and needed some backup for the day. He had notes about what the classes we're going to do. A science project in measuring beans and ounces, something he didn't understand

But he came across the note for you, it read "Keep an eye on her, she'll need some extra help" The note said with an arrow on your seat and he hummed in amusement, a bit of confusion but he was ready for the day

That's when eighth period came around and there you were sitting in your seat, not talking to anyone but seemingly counting the lights in the room. He brushed it off and explained the assignment and passed out the same amount of dry uncooked beans and a weight

Sitting at the desk watching everyone work, it seemed like his day was pretty easy for him, then he looked over at your desk, taking advice of his friends reminder, and he saw you stick one of the beans in your mouth, taking Hannibal by surprise and he got up, going over to your desk, so see you'd eaten at least five of the beans already and he looked at you confused

"You're not supposed to eat them dear" He says but you only look at him and back to the beans and you hold one up to him, not speaking at all. His tilted his head in amusement, maybe you had a disability of sorts. He wasn't sure of what yet, but now he knew he had to keep an eye on you and help you with the experiment
