you were just trying to get by after everything went to shit in the city with the tower appearing and controlling people's minds or turning them into grotesque beings while you live out far with no TV really just you and hunting to survive well with the small rodents here and there or the small children that appear and startle you into a chase to hunt them down. Like usual you were in your shack tearing up something no one could see after being out hunting for the day but after a moment did you hear something push your dog door which alerted you to grab your shotgun bust down the door and fire at what it was and we'll who they were, were small children like tiny barely up to your foot though your like 6ft anyways those kids are known as Mono and Six but you didn't know that and thus the chase sequence begins as you hunt the two down and try to kill them but you fail many times until they get into a small shack with a shotgun in it so you bust the door down with a hand trying to get it open until... BANG you were shot in the gut and knocked onto your back. You came to about an hour later in pain but as you looked into the small shack did you see them gone annoyed you just went back home tending to your gunshot wound and went back to your usual stuff as a hunter and back at your home that's separate from the shack unless everything resets or new tiny children appear only time will tell
