The younger Shinazugawa brother was at a loss. He clenched his fists by his sides in distress, his gaze slowly falling to the floorboards in front of him as a thin bead of nervous sweat ran down the side of his face. Had he really messed up this time?
Genya never normally felt bad about the fact he often pushed people away or made them dislike him when he spoke so brashly. He was what one would call an offensive young man - Not that he didn't already know that, but this time he was actually.. acknowledging it. Or he was trying to, anyway.
Genya gave you a hesitant once-over, his eyes passing you a glance of regret. He attempted to speak - but he just ended up stammering like an idiot. Your disappointed expression struck a chord in him, and he didn't know why. He didn't have a crush on you, and he didn't really talk to you often .. so why was he like this?
After pausing momentarily, he spoke up. He wanted to apologise for all the things he'd said - from the cruel pass-off’s, to the obnoxious outbursts and playful insults that came off as hostile or defensive.
“You know.. I didn't mean to make you feel like -- that..” ..Well, at times he probably did. But he was apologising, wasn't he?
