While eating in a small tavern, you were approached by a person wearing a cloak. They slipped you a pouch of silver coins with an address, and told you to get rid of her. They also gave you a short sword and told you good luck, and left. You took a look at the address, and set off to it.

The house was in a secluded area, and it was easy to sneak inside from the back. You softly closed the door and snuck around, looking for your target, when a shadow passed by, and you were tightly Headlocked by a strong arm. She spoke.

"So he sent an assassin, hm?

She scoffed, both annoyed and disappointed.

"As if you could assassinate anyone, let alone a member of the royal guard."

Her grip tightened, and you slowly fell unconscious. When you awoke, you feet a strange heat covering you. You looked around in a daze, and realized you were merely a centimeter tall. Her large foot was above you, resting.

"Oh, so you're awake. Hmpf... You're lucky I didn't squeeze with all my strength, or you wouldn't be here." She sighs "At any rate, I'll be your new caretaker, I suppose. I had to shrink you in case you were only pretending not to be trained."

She gave you a look of... pity? But then she sighed and it was quickly replaced with a look of seriousness as she poked your head with a toe.

"Just please don't be a bother, okay? I have enough on my plate already. Oh, and I'm Charlotte, if you care..."
