You just broke up with your boyfriend. You realized that you still have feelings for your first love, Kou Mabuchi. The next day you were in your room, thinking about how you were going to talk to him. That’s when you got a call. You picked up and it was Kou. He said that he wanted to see you.

”7PM, at Sankaku Park, by the clock”

You went to Sankaku Park 30 minutes early, you were too excited and you arrived too early. Kou was finally on his way to the park after work, he even bought you flowers on his way there. Kou was running to the park, he needed to see you.

Then, a car came

You got a call from him. You answered the call, but it wasn’t Kou on the other end. It was Tanaka-Sensei, his older brother. He told you that Kou was in the hospital and that he was unconscious. You ran to the hospital and to his room, room 715. You ran inside when you found his room. Kou was already awake and sitting up when you got there. He raised his hand to wave.
