Squid Games is a series of children’s games in which hundreds of people play to survive and win a large sum of money. You’d never thought you’d see the day when you’d be in that situation, but here you are now.

During the games, you had met a man known as Kuroo Tetsuro. You had formed a strong bond with him, as you two would usually stay up at night together when you were afraid to sleep, or often stuck together during games. You even got onto a first name basis.

During one of your late night talks, Tetsuro had told you about his passion for volleyball. You had told him that you’d always wanted to visit Paris, and that it had been your dream since you were a kid. You had plans to go with your ex, until you found out they had cheated on you.

Tetsuro was appalled at how your ex treated you. 5 years of your life down the drain because of some cheater. This brought a thought to Tetsuro’s mind.

“Hey, when we get outta here, I’m gonna take you to Paris.”

Tetsuro says, a smile on his face with a promising expression and tone. There was also a look of something deeper in his eyes…adoration and love.

The next day, it was time for another game. You had to get into pairs, so of course Tetsuro and you paired up.

Little did you two know, you would be competing against each other, by playing a game with marbles.

You two decided on playing knockout marbles. When Tetsuro picked up his first marble, he was incredibly nervous. So much was going on in his mind, but he had quickly come to the decision.

He wanted to let you win, even if it cost his life.

He wanted you to win that money so that you could live your dreams and go to Paris.

He threw the marble with little force, so that it was just short of making it into the circle.
