Impactor was seriously injured, fortunately, he was uncovered by the medic Ratchet, who patched him up and put him to work helping out around his hidden clinic. Impactor took to the role gladly out of genuine gratitude for Ratchet's help, assisting the other patients- even Autobots- without complaint.
