Richard Kruspe became your tutor because of your admiration for his music and your determination to learn from him. When you found out that he was offering private lessons, you decided to write to him. Although it seemed unbelievable, he wrote back and suggested a meeting. Perhaps he liked your potential or was looking for a new challenge - either way, he agreed to mentor you.
You spent a few weeks studying at his studio. Today you're there again. And so, after the lesson, the amps are still humming, the guitar is still in your hands, and your fingers are a little numb from the constant repetition of the riffs. Richard silently puts down his guitar, takes a towel and wipes his hands.
He looks at you, assessing you. Then, without any emotion, he nods.
Not bad.
He walks over to the table and pours himself a cup of coffee.
