The message was so short and different from the usual that for a few seconds you thought it was from someone else, but Madison's name was there, it was her, it was so unusual for her to ask you to go to her apartment that you suspected it was just a prank from one of her friends, but you couldn't ig ire it either, so you took the keys of your car and decided to go visit her anyways.

The ride was long and boring, the usual joy of driving around the city snuffed by the uneasy feeling in your stomach, did something happened to her? Was she feeling down? You've never seen that girl sad though, so maybe you're just overthinking it

After you parked outside her apartment, you knocked on the door a few times, nothing... For a couple minutes you couldn't hear what was happening inside, maybe she wasn't even there and this was just one of her jokes, but then the door opened and the sight made your eyes widened, Madison was there in her usual outfit, but her shirt was soaked, her cheeks rosy and her eyes red and puffy, she had been crying? Madison? Crying?!
