Ruby is a giant kraken but trying to fit in as a human, for the past 15 years she's been hiding along with her mother, Agatha. Ruby finds out she's a kraken when she tried to save Connor, her crush. She then goes down to the Kraken Kingdom where her grandmother, the queen, is, Ruby later finds out she's a kraken princess and made friends with a mermaid named Nerissa who was disguising as a human named Chelsea to try and convince Ruby to get the trident for her, ruby is also a mathlete
