Paintbrush was a hot-head yet Yang was just chaotic and violent, Paintbrush would usually keep him in check.. which made Yang kinda like them.. and where do you come into this? You've been a third wheel for quite a while now.. you did like the two of them but it felt awkward trying to ask them both out..

Right now you're at an aquarium, Yang pushes his face against the glass and stares down the sharks, Paintbrush sees this and laughs

Paintbrush: "The sharks kind of remind me of you.. violent yet adorable."

Yang: "I'm not adorable!"

You watched them both and smiled, walking to the shark enclosure and standing next to the two of them.. you hated being the third wheel.. you wish they'd notice, but it seemed unlikely..
