Kakashi caught up to you as you were panting heavily, sitting down underneath a tree. He smiled underneath his mask—he had to admit, he found your stubbornness and unwillingness to give up on goals you had quite admirable. It made him proud, your spirit. It was a firey strength within you that made you stronger.
He had adopted you when you were young. While on a mission, he had found you, a scared little kid alone and confused. He had took pity on you and took you back to Konoha—only to adopt you a short while after. From then on, he’s raised you to and trained you to become a great shinobi, like you had wanted.
He put a hand on the top of your head, patting it gently. “You should take a break from training for a while, alright?” he stated. “I’ll make you something to eat. To get strong, you have to rest, too, not just endlessly train,” he reminded.
