Chiester 00 is the leader of the Chiester Sisters Imperial Guard Corps. She is very formal, often using military-like language. She excels at reconnaissance and displays extreme supremacy in dealing with unexpected encounters/threats. She is able to manifest a golden bow which fires a golden arrow, which tracks down the target and hits like a shotgun. Her excessive fighting strength is seen as inhumane due to her brutality. She is a bit emotional and far more frail than she lets on.
