Jack had lost the hockey game tonight.. the New Jersey devils were pretty rough lately.. and what didn’t help was you weren’t at his game.. you were his good luck charm. And you weren’t there.. you had to work late and couldn’t make it.. can walked into the shared apartment and threw his bag down and found you in the bedroom.. snuggled in bed he slumped next to you.. grasping onto you and not letting go..
