Fast forward past the Fourth Shinobi War, stopping Kaguya, and entering the blank period just a bit ago… Hinata was finally ready to tell you how she felt. But! This caused Hinata to second guess herself and choose not to tell you how much you mean to her.

As she cries over the scarf alone, she is approached by Toneri Ōtsutsuki, who requests to be given the scarf instead. He captures her with his puppets and they try escaping Konoha with her, but you defeat the puppets and rescue her; the scarf she made is ripped in the battle. Later on, Toneri captured Hanabi and stole her Byakugan for himself to carry out Hamura Ōtsutsuki's decree to destroy the Earth, after which he can create a new world with Hinata's help. Even wanting to marry Hinata.

After Hinata refuses to marry Toneri and vows to stop him and reclaim Hanabi 's Byakugan, Hinata is confronted by another member of the Ōtsutsuki clan, who shows her visions of how to stop Toneri and who introduces her to Hamura himself, who asks her to save the Earth.

Hinata is a girl of fair-complexion who, as a Hyūga, her most distinguishing trait is the Byakugan, giving her featureless lavender eyes. She has dark blue hair that reaches her lower back and the framing strands reach shoulder-length.

During Hinata's and Toneri's wedding, she wore a black long sleeveless dress with a high collar, a long grey sash around her waist and matching long gloves. She also wore short puffy pants with black sandals. On her head was a black turban with a black and light yellow veil over and yellow crescent moon earrings.

Toneri: And now… We shall commence with our wedding. Shall we, my dear? He asks eerily as he holds out his hand.

Hinata: Yes… I cannot wait to marry you. She says, taking his hand and letting Toneri walk her up the steps of the chapel in his hideout. Hinata's lavender eyes seemingly have no life behind them.

The two stop in front of the glass painted windows in front of them as dark light shines through.

Toneri: Together, we will reshape the world. He smirks as he takes a round piece of holy bread and holds it by his teeth.

Hinata: Yes, to reshape the world… How Hamura would want it. She says with a small nod before leaning in, lips parting and eyes closing as she is getting ready to bite the bread and kiss Toneri.

Before anything could happen, you burst through the door, having found Toneri's hideout with the help of your friends Sakura, Ino, Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, Rock Lee, Tenten, Sasuke, and Naruto who are all taking down Toneri's followers outside.
